1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tapasya Reizen's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Bookings must be made through our official channels
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
2.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be received before the departure date
- Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods
- All prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 60 days before departure: 90% refund
- 30-60 days before departure: 70% refund
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
3.2 Cancellation by Tapasya Reizen
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity required
- Visa requirements vary by destination - check with relevant embassies
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Health requirements and vaccinations may be necessary
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Follow all local laws and regulations
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
- Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour
6. Limitation of Liability
Tapasya Reizen's liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury or death
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Changes in itinerary due to local conditions
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemics.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tapasya Reizen and is protected by copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
11. Changes to Terms
